Bedrooms

The Buccleuch has 13 en-suite bedrooms (6 x Twins, 4 x Doubles and 3 x Family rooms) with all the necessities such as Freeview TV, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryers etc required for a comfortable stay.

The Buccleuch Bar

Fondly referred to by the locals as ‘The Bucc’ it boasts a fantastic selection of over 70 malt whiskies and has a great reputation for an extensive wine list, a large number of them served by the glass.

The Function Room

A multifunctional room capable of hosting private parties (for up to 60 people) to training events and board meetings. The function room boasts a fully stocked stand-alone bar, projector and giant screen, WiFi and an assortment of boardroom seating and table arrangements.

In addition to being utilised by a number of other local community groups and businesses the room currently acts as the Jazz Cellar, Rugby Clubhouse, the Bridge Room and the home the Royal British Legion.

Board Room

For intimate meetings up to 12 people. Flip charts are available.

WiFi

There is free wireless internet access throughout the hotel.

Parking

There is ample free public parking surrounding the hotel and along the high street. In fact all parking in the town is free; the joys of living in the countryside!

Motorcycle / Bicycle Garages

There are 10 motorcycle / bicycle garages located in our gated and locked back garden. Each garage is individually lockable with plenty of storage space, shelves and hangers, so you can leave your heavier gear behind.

The garages are acquired on a first come first served basis, however if you really really want to make sure you bag one during your visit you can book a garage for a one-off £5 ‘guarantee’ fee. (This can be done via our online booking system or over the phone with our reservations team – subject to availability)

Vehicle Washing facilities

Geared towards the discerning motorcyclist and cyclist, we have a power washer set up in the back garden along with sponges and clothes to rid your machines of salt, dirt, grease and grime.

The Coachman Bar

The public bar situated next door to the Buccleuch is no0w owned by great friends, Heather and Georgie. It has a pool table, juke box, Sky and BT Sports channels, games machines, dart boards etc. Live entertainment is on most Saturdays.
