"We dined in the Buccleuch on the way home from London having visited Moffat many times. What we found in this hotel was fantastic. The decor is amazing and really draws on the heritage of the hotel but in a modern and interesting way. The food was great with fantastic variety on the menu. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful going above and beyond as our daughter is diabetic and carb counting can be difficult. We will definitely return to eat her again soon - not to be missed."

That time of the year is upon us again! … After Scotland’s successes and heartbreak in the world cup, can they keep that momentum and take it into the RBS 6 Nations?! … Well … the fixtures kick off with Scotland facing arch rivals England (who have their own questions to ask under a new coach) in our own back garden, Murrayfield. Only time will tell and it’s getting close

We will be showing all the games in our function room, the Moffat RAMS clubhouse, on big screen! Food will be available via the hotel reception and for most games we will have the function bar open otherwise the main bar only 20 paces away is always open. (View all our menus online HERE)
