This policy applies to all bookings made online or made directly with the Buccleuch Arms Hotel. Any bookings made via a booking agency are subject to the cancellation policies of that particular booking agency.
Our Policy – 5 Day Window:
- If the booking is cancelled ‘LESS than 5 days‘ prior to scheduled arrival then a charge equal to the first night per room of the stay will be made.
- Booking cancellations can be made FREE of charge outside of or prior to the ‘5 Day Window‘.
- No Deposit, forward payment or card details are required to confirm your booking. We believe in old school honesty and integrity.
