"We dined in the Buccleuch on the way home from London having visited Moffat many times. What we found in this hotel was fantastic. The decor is amazing and really draws on the heritage of the hotel but in a modern and interesting way. The food was great with fantastic variety on the menu. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful going above and beyond as our daughter is diabetic and carb counting can be difficult. We will definitely return to eat her again soon - not to be missed."

Stopped here for dinner while staying at a B&B locally. Must say the service was excellent & the food out of this world. I had the rump steak, An inch & a half of prime meat superbly cooked. I’ve never had a steak like it!
